Anaupacarik Gaphgaph (Informal Conversations) is a forum organized jointly by the Nepal Studies Group and the Nepal Forum for Environmental Journalism (NEFEJ). One program is being organized each month and takes place at the premises of NEFEJ, also located in Thapathali, Kathmandu, near the premises of Martin Chautari. Several people are invited to act as informal moderators for each discussion. They are selected for their experience and knowledge and an effort is made to bring together individuals with academic, governmental and NGO backgrounds. This forum is especially intended for practicing journalists who are looking for practical means to improve the state of Nepali journalism. Discussions are in Nepali. Information about upcoming discussions in this forum is available at Martin Chautari events and at NEFEJ.
